Better Nights reserves the right to make errors, including pricing errors, if you should reasonably understand that an error has been made.
2. Prices
All prices are in Euro, incl. VAT and taxes. All prices are daily prices and may be subject to change from day to day. The buyer will be invoiced the price valid on the day of the order.
2.1 Price match
If the price of a product is reduced within 30 days of purchase due to a sale or other promotion, we offer to match this price and pay the difference. The buyer must invoke the price guarantee by contacting, providing all necessary information, and including a link to the specific offer.
Note: Price match does not apply to special promotions, such as queue offers, VIP offers or limited offers.
Better Nights is not obligated to provide information about upcoming price reductions, promotions, sales, etc.
3. Payment
At betternights.com, you can pay with Credit card, PayPal, Klarna. We reserve the right to charge a fee for payment using commercial cards issued in the EU and credit cards issued outside the EU.
The account information entered when purchasing goods is transmitted in encrypted form and is not accessible to BN or any third party. The amount will only be charged to your card when the goods are dispatched from betternights.com.
Reservation of amounts
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) 1) we deduct the amount when we dispatch the goods, or
2) the funds are released as per the agreement with your card issuer.
You can obtain more information about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.
4. Delivery
For all purchases, kerbside delivery is included in the price. The delivery time is specified for each individual product and varies from 4 day to 7 weeks.
4.1 Assembly
We do not offer assembly of bed frames or wall-mounted headboards, as we cannot drill into walls for insurance reasons.
4.2 Disposal
Disposal exclusively applies to beds and requires beds to be disassembled at the time of collection.
4.3 Receipt of defective goods
If the packaging is damaged on delivery or has clear signs of being defective, please acknowledge receipt on the consignment note with a reservation for possible damage to the contents.
4.4. Damage to household effects/the home on delivery
In the event of damage to household effects or the home on delivery, please note this on the consignment note or delivery note. If the damage is not discovered until after the drivers have left the address, please contact our customer service within 24 hours after delivery has taken place.
4.5 Risk of accidental loss or depreciation
As soon as the ordered goods have come into the possession of the buyer, the risk of the ordered goods being destroyed or damaged due to accidental circumstances, passes to the buyer.
4.6 Delivery to islands
On smaller islands, different delivery conditions may apply and goods may be delivered to the ferry's consignment drop-off point.
5. Right of withdrawal/return
5.1 100 days right of withdrawal/return
We have a full satisfaction guarantee, so if the product does not live up to your expectations, you can return it within 100 days of receiving your product for a refund.
Once the return is ordered via our returns page, we will collect the bed from your address.
It is only possible to invoke the extended right of withdrawal once. Subsequent purchases are subject to the general rules on the right of withdrawal laid down in the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
5.2 Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
- Goods that are custom-made to your particular specifications or personalised.
- Goods purchased as seen in our outlet store, cf. Item 5.4.
5.3 The product's condition when you return it
You are only liable for depreciation in the value of the product, if such depreciation is caused by handling other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the product. You can also try the bed for 100 nights at home in your own bedroom. If the product has been tested beyond that which is described above, we consider it to be used. This means that, in the event of a return, we will retain an amount corresponding to the depreciation in value and that you may therefore receive an amount corresponding to the commercial value of the product. Missing original packaging may possibly constitute a depreciation in value, so we recommended returning the product in its original packaging.

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. When returning goods, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are packaged securely. You bear the risk for the product from the time of delivery of the product. Please note that we do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery or similar.

5.4 Refund of the purchase amount.
If you cancel your purchase, you will be refunded the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a depreciation in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than standard delivery), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date we receive the goods in our warehouse.
5.5 Free gifts.
Goods added to the order without payment, i.e. free gifts, cannot be returned. If you end up returning the order that included the free gift, you must also return your gift - if this does not happen, we reserve the right to deduct an amount equal to the value of the gift. The gift is only available within the validity of the promotional period or while stocks last.
6. Complaints
Under EU consumer law, you have a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for faulty goods, which may be extended under national legislation. This means you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation.
Please note that a transport fabric is fitted to the base of some sofa beds. The only function of the fabric is to protect the sofa bed from dust during transport. The fabric can break easily, but as it has no other practical function, damage to it is not considered a complaint.
You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered to have been made in a timely manner.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
7. Right of appeal
If you want to make a claim in relation to your purchase, please contact [email protected]. If we are unable to resolve the matter, you can make a claim to the European Commission's online claims portal here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr. Any dispute between the business and the customer is subject to the applicable law of the EU Member State where the customer resides.
