If you weigh less than 75 kg, we recommend looking at a medium-firm mattress, and if you weigh 75-100 kg, you should choose a firm mattress.

If you weigh over 95-100 kg, you might want to look at multipocket springs; you get up to 500 springs per m2 in your mattress. This means you get a longer mattress lifespan and better comfort for those extra kilos.
