While we don’t have a physical showroom, our team is available seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.   • We get it—buying a bed online can feel like a big decision. But here’s the good news: with our years of experience and in-depth sleep expertise, we can help you find the perfect match through a chat with our team. Plus, you get to try your bed at home for up to 100 nights. If it’s not quite right, you can swap the firmness for free or return it—completely free of charge. Want extra reassurance?   • Absolutely! If you’ve found a great deal but aren’t ready for delivery just yet, no problem. Simply add your preferred delivery date in the comments section at checkout. We’ll make sure your bed isn’t shipped before then. Keep in mind, while we do our best to match your request, we can’t guarantee an exact delivery day. When the time comes, our logistics partner will reach out to finalize the details with you.

  • Since our promotions change regularly, we can’t give an exact expiration date. If you’ve got your eye on something, we recommend grabbing it while the offer lasts!

  • We don’t offer custom sizes beyond the ones listed on our website. But we’re always working on new designs and sizes, so stay tuned! If you have a specific request, let our customer service team know—we’d love to hear your thoughts.

  • Once you’ve placed your order, we get straight to work! You’ll receive an order confirmation with all the important details, including estimated delivery time. As soon as your order is ready to ship, we’ll send you an update. Our carrier will then contact you directly to arrange the final delivery—so no unexpected visits!

Payment

  • Du har som kunde hos Bedre Nætter altid 100 nætters prøve, så du kan teste produktet, og se om det er det rette match. Det betyder naturligvis også at det er et produkt, som der er taget i brug. Så længe produktet er intakt, tager vi varen retur. Såfremt at det er stærkt beskadiget, vil vi ikke kunne tage varen retur.

  • Når produktet sendes retur, skal det være pakket forsvarligt ind, så det ikke bliver beskadiget under fragt. Bemærk at det ikke behøves at være i original emballagen.

  • You can apply your discount code (coupon or gift card) in your shopping cart or at checkout. Just don’t forget to activate it before completing your purchase!

  • When your payment goes through, you’ll be redirected to a ‘Thank You’ page with your order details. You’ll also receive a confirmation email—so keep an eye on your inbox!

  • We’ll only charge your card once your order has been shipped. Until then, the amount is just reserved on your account. In rare cases, you might see the reserved amount released back into your account, but don’t worry—your order is still on its way!

  • If your payment isn’t working, try using a different browser or payment method. If the issue persists, reach out to us, and we’ll help you figure it out.

  • Payments can be declined for different reasons, either on your end or ours. If this happens, don’t worry—just contact us, and we’ll help sort it out.

Delivery

  • Once your order is ready for delivery, we’ll send you an email update. When the carrier receives your order, they’ll contact you directly to schedule the final delivery—no unexpected drop-offs!

  • At Better Nights, free shipping means your order is delivered to the nearest curb—anywhere in the country for free. Just keep in mind that you'll need to bring it inside and set it up yourself unless you’ve added extra services.

  • Absolutely! We offer different delivery options: Carry in (DKK 499) – We bring your order to the room of your choice. Carry in & Assembly (DKK 899) – We deliver and install your bed. Note: We can’t offer these services on non-bridged islands or install wall-mounted headboards (insurance reasons—sorry!).

  • At this time, we do not offer disposal of your old bed. To make the process as smooth as possible, we recommend checking with your local waste management service for disposal options, as they’ll know the latest regulations in your area.

  • Not at the moment, but we always strive to get your order to you as fast as possible!

  • Delivery times vary depending on the product. Some items need to be manufactured, others transported to our warehouse, while some are ready to be packed and shipped directly to you. The most accurate delivery estimate can be found in your order confirmation—this is the one that counts. We always list delivery times in weekdays, and the latest date is the one we guarantee. Once your order ships, you’ll get an email from us. The carrier will then reach out within 48 hours to confirm the final delivery date. Want to check the status?   • If you’ve chosen extra services like carry-in delivery, make sure the path is clear and there’s enough space for your new bed. Our carriers keep their shoes on, so if you want to protect your floors, it’s best to cover them in advance.

  • Check your tracking link first for the latest updates. Sometimes delays happen due to weather, traffic, or courier issues. If you haven’t received an update and your order is overdue, contact us, and we’ll look into it for you.

  • Our carrier will always contact you before delivery to confirm the details. If you need to change the date after confirming, just let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll work with the carrier to reschedule your delivery at a more convenient time.

  • Absolutely! We understand that plans can change. If your scheduled delivery date no longer works, just reach out, and we’ll do our best to reschedule it for a time that suits you better.

  • No worries, we never show up unannounced! The carrier will contact you beforehand to schedule the delivery. If plans change, you can reschedule or cancel your delivery up to 2 days before the agreed date. Just make sure the space is clear and ready for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Your 100-night trial starts the day your bed arrives. We know testing a bed in a store isn’t the same as sleeping in it at home, so take your time! If you’re not completely happy, you can exchange the firmness (or topper) or return it for a full refund—no fine print, just better sleep.

  • At Better Nights, we’ve got you covered! By law, all of our products come with a 2-year buyer protection, so you can rest easy knowing you're protected. But we believe in the durability and quality of our products, which is why we go even further. Our Atlas and Senses models come with an additional 15-year warranty, while our premium models like Venus, Haven, and Ovia are backed by an extended 25-year warranty on the frame and springs. This means you can enjoy your Better Nights product for many years to come, worry-free!

  • Nope. All our products are covered by the 100-night trial, whether it’s a bed, sofa bed, or pillow. If it’s not the right fit, return it for free and get a full refund.

  • Easy! Fill out our return form, prep the product for pickup, and we’ll handle the rest. When returning smaller items, like duvets or pillows, you might have to drop the package off somewhere. Once it arrives back at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund.

  • Your return must be requested within the 100-night sleep trial period. The product should be in good condition—meaning no excessive damage or use beyond normal sleeping habits. If you have any doubts, just reach out, and we’ll guide you through the process!

  • Keeping the original packaging makes returns easier, but if you’ve already disposed of it, no worries! Just make sure the product is well-protected for transport.

  • Returns are free within our 100-day trial period - whether it is a bed, sleeping sofa or pillow. Just complete the return form, and have the item picked up or dropped off and we’ll refund your money as soon as we received it.

  • Nope, our warehouse isn’t a return center. But don’t worry, we’ll handle everything.

  • That’s not okay, and we’ll fix it. If your bed arrives with any issues, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible, along with pictures of the damage. Our team will take care of it from there. The carrier isn’t responsible for complaints, but we’ll make sure everything gets sorted.

  • As soon as we receive your return, we’ll process your refund. Since we work with a third-party logistics company, the exact timeline may vary, but it usually happens within 14 days after pickup. Rest assured, we’ll get it sorted as fast as possible.

  • Yes! If the firmness isn’t quite right, you have 100 days to swap it. Just fill out our exchange form, and we’ll send you a new mattress core (the part that affects firmness).

  • When we exchange firmness, we replace the mattress core—the inner part of the bed that determines its firmness. If your bed has a top mattress, it stays the same. The delivery person will not assist with unpacking or assembling the new core unless you’ve purchased this service separately. However, they will take the old mattress core with them, so you don’t have to worry about disposal. Just make sure to remove it from the cover and wrap it in plastic before they arrive.

  • It’s free during the 100-night trial period. If you decide to upgrade to “extra firm” or “soft,” there may be an additional cost.

  • Just head to our exchange page and fill out the form. Once your new mattress core is ready, we’ll deliver it and take the old one back—at no cost to you.

  • In most cases, it will match the delivery time of the bed or mattress you originally ordered. However, for special orders, delivery may take a little longer.
