At Better Nights, we offer free delivery to the nearest curbside.
For larger items such as beds and sofa beds, you will be contacted by the shipping company by SMS with a delivery date and time interval for the delivery. If this does not suit you, you can write back to the carrier and make an appointment. For smaller items such as duvets, pillows, sheets and mattress toppers, you will receive a tracking number by email that allows you to track your delivery digitally.
Note that we do not offer delivery, installation and disposal if you live on an island that is not linked with a bridge. -
100-night trial
When you buy a bed from Better Nights, you always get a 100-night trial.
It takes many weeks to get used to a new bed. That's why we always offer a 100-night trial at your home, where you can sleep in the bed as normal - without cardboard and plastic.
If you realise within the trial period that you're not sleeping well, you have two options to change your mind:- Switch firmness, free of charge - If you sleep too softly or too firmly, we'll replace the bed mattress core free of charge.
- Return the bed and get your money back - you can always return your bed and get a full refund.
